Director of Taxes - 9665

Job Description: Our billion dollar client expects to double it’s size over the next several years and is looking for someone to lead their tax program including tax strategy, compliance, M&A, international, and other tax initiatives for the entire corporation and subsidiaries. Position will manage two others in the department. If you are looking for a senior tax leadership opportunity this is it.   QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: BS Accounting, CPA, and 8+ years in public accounting followed by corporate tax experience. International experience in a public company and M&A experience preferred.   Preferred Qualifications: JD Degree or MS Tax   Education: Bachelors   Certifications: Certified Public Accountant   Licenses: None
