Our client provides a stable, experienced asset management and wealth planning foundation for a select group of high net-worth individuals, families, and trusts. Their relationship team works closely with their clients to help develop overall objectives for their financial assets, and execute on individual strategies for success. They actively manage equity and fixed income securities for their clients. They strive to become their client’s most trusted financial advisor.
Their goal for each client is to maximize after-tax returns in the construct of the client’s specific risk profile. Their philosophy is that no one particular wealth management strategy is appropriate for everyone.
Rather than focusing on an investment goal that relates to a specific market benchmark, our client favors an approach that begins with each individual, family, or institution setting a specific investment policy. Once the framework is established, the investment portfolio is gradually structured keeping in mind important factors including: taxes, legacy holdings, etc.
Successful candidate will receive:
• A base salary of up to $150K (depending on size of assets ported).

Advisor will be provided comprehensive services to include:
* Assistance with expanding your business.
* Expertise and resources in administrative and operational functions.
* Access to a broad financial services knowledge base.
* Ability to design portfolios to achieve each individual client’s goals, while managing their risk exposure.
* Asset allocation strategies, using disciplined rebalancing techniques to achieve superior returns.
* Income and estate tax counseling.
* State-of-the-art computer systems to monitor and analyze client accounts.
Qualified candidates must:
* Have a minimum of 5 years of experience servicing High Net Worth investors and possess a portable book of business of at least $25M AUM.
* Be able to understand each client’s history, experience and be able to analyze a client’s current investment situation and portfolio.
* Be able to implement an investment strategy and communicate the results effectively.
* Be client centric.
