Director Broker - Dealer Accounting

Billion dollar global investment conglomerate seeks CPA a + with public (Big 4 a +) private combo.  Must come from broker-dealer handling diversified accounting in a retail environment.  Any capital markets a +.  Coordinate accounting functions across diversified business units.  Assist in improving companies management balance sheet processes.  Act as lead on new business initiatives and special projects.  Report brokerage business numbers to corporate and board of directors.  Any focus/FINRA or SEC a +.  Develop and implement strategies that will ensure service levels.  Furnish financial and operational performance and reports to global management team.  Strong writing and communication skills.  Microsoft Office Suite.
