Our Tax practice provides outbound and inbound structure planning, foreign tax credit, world-wide tax minimization planning, transfer pricing analysis, FAS 109, foreign assignment planning and general international business advice.


Our International Tax Practice is one of our fastest growing groups and is offering an excellent career opportunity to a motivated International Tax Director to join the team in our Chicago office!

The International Tax Director will be responsible for:

- Providing timely, high quality client service that increases shareholder value
- Being a catalyst to assisting existing clients international needs and be a sought out technical specialist to attract new clients to the firm
- Building an international tax presence in our Chicago office. - Initiating ‘cross selling’ to other practices

Basic Qualifications:

- 8+ years of public accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in an accounting related field along with completion of other post graduate tax or law degree
- CPA required
- International tax experience with compliance and understanding of planning issues taking place with clients
- Developing strong US tax foundation including experience with C-Corporations, flow-thru entities (S-Corporations, LLC, partnerships) and individual tax work

Preferred Qualifications:

- Potential to manage other personnel on tax projects
- Ability to cultivate relationships and work with others
- Foreign language skills
