Mid size regional bank is seeking an experienced banker to lead and direct a group of commercial bankers. The successful candidate will manage Relationship Managers, Credit Analyst and support staff. Prior experience managing a sales culture in a commercial banking department is required and prefer candidates with a formal credit background. Strong community involvement is also required. You will target companies with revenues up to $50MM.
