Responsible for managing the Credit Administration Division in order to ensure the efficient and accurate analysis of credit risk for new loan requests and existing lending relationships as well as correct structuring primarily for commercial loans; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed as part of the Credit Administration Division's annual operating plan; insuring the division's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirement.
