The Controller will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with technical accounting standards and overseeing all external reporting activities. The Controller will also coordinate audits with external auditors, internal auditors and regulatory authorities. Relevant technical areas include but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley, financial analysis, budget to actual reporting, share-based compensation, income taxes, fixed assets and valuation. Candidates must have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
