Have access from staff to Board. Supervise and develop a talented team. Key responsibilities include: Budgeting and Planning: Lead global short/long range business planning, annual budget, and business forecasting. Recommend and lead cost saving initiatives. Be the financial partner in negotiating large contracts. Build quarterly reports for the Board. Support executive team on financial evaluation of licensing and acquisitions strategies. Reporting: Own global budget and variance reporting system. Review and analyze key performance indicators and enhance variance reporting by country, product family and market channel.
