The AVP, Global Expense Management is accountable for reporting and analysis of global expenses and FTEs as well as vendor spend, with the objective of identifying opportunities for process improvement and spend efficiency. The audiences for these reports/analysis are senior management, BU controllers and work area managers. An important component of reporting and analysis is performance metrics/drivers and internal/external benchmarks.
