The AVP will be responsible for managing Territory Managers that oversee the Select Product Offering. This includes overseeing the territory manager's direct accountability for managing our offering in the territory - particularly rates and pricing. The AVP will also be accountable for leading efforts with other parts of the organization to make changes to additional components of our value proposition such as product coverage, underwriting guidelines, windstorm caps, etc.
