Oversee $10MM book of business that is growing at 10% per month and will double within the next nine months. Responsible for managing internal team that oversees multiple national outsource providers. The individual must have good analytical skills and very strong process management skills. It is required that this person develops and administers service level agreements with each outsource provider. This position is responsible for ensuring the company hits its own requirements with its clients, including timeline and cost management.
