Provide hands-on management and leadership in the general accounting, consolidations and accounts receivable operations. Provide mentoring, coaching, counseling and development to direct reports as required. Close the monthly financial records, including financial statement review and analysis, review account reconciliations and oversee the preparation of journal entries and prepare reporting packages and other analysis as required by key management personnel worldwide.
