Develop, implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure that company assets are properly recorded and protected. Develops budgets annually and forecasts at least monthly which adequately project the Plant/Distribution performance. Develops standard costs of product as required and builds actual costs at least quarterly to measure performance. Develops charts, graphs and statistics to adequately measure plant performance. Provides ongoing financial guidance and assistance in directing the Operation with over $10 million in annual sales.
