Reviews and co-ordinates all aspects of accounting and reporting relating to the company's various lines of businesses. Participates in quarterly and year end audits. Oversees all aspects of consolidations. Preparation of consolidated variance analysis and review of all consolidated financial reporting packages to parent company (including month, quarter forecasts and budgets). Monitors the integrity of financial transactions and management decisions (with respect to financial impacts) and approves solutions brought forward to resolve financial disparities.
