Reports directly to the Controller. Manages the internal and external Company financial reporting, PDL accounting and oversight, and Auditor Relations and planning functions within the Accounting department Regularly, uses independent discretion and judgment. Sets the direction of work for the Corporate Accounting and PDL functions and for the quality, timeliness and accuracy of the work performed. Work is evaluated periodically by the Controller.
