The Assistant Corporate Controller will be responsible for all elements of the Company's corporate accounting and reporting function. He/she will provide support, advice and counsel to the Corporate Controller and executive management, as well as to other senior executives on a broad range of accounting and non-accounting strategic and tactical issues which impact the Company. He/she will also be responsible for all internal and external consolidated financial reporting, policy and procedure development and Sarbanes Oxley Compliance.
