Review the complex account analyses (derivatives, foreign exchange, worker's compensation, warranty, environmental, Goodwill, opening balance sheets and associated FMV valuations), variance analyses and other work prepared by the staff. Serve as a liaison with the external auditors on the more complex topics and respond to auditor inquiries. Ensure month-end close is complete and on time. Ensure that Corporate Policies and Procedures are followed. Maintain the internal controls and implement consistent policies and controls, including at foreign locations.
