Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of the company's financial statements for SEC reporting purposes in accordance with GAAP, including footnotes, MD&A, required tables, etc., including maintaining documentation required to prepare the statements, notes, tables, and schedules. Assure appropriate reviews with the company's audit committee and disclosure committee, and more broadly compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
