The Assistant Vice President of Accounting Policy will be responsible for the review of new and proposed statutory and GAAP accounting policies which are promulgated by various authorities including the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in order to make a determination as to applicability to the Company.
