Partnering business unit, Group Credit Management assesses, extends and manages a wide range of credit facilities to corporate and retail customers for their business needs. Lead a team to vet and review loan and legal documents negotiated by customers/solicitors which are handled by relationship managers. Liaise with solicitors and resolving legal issues with Group Legal if necessary. Ensure appropriate procedures and guidance are developed to allow the department to effectively manage documentation, compliance and operational risk.
