Overall Management of IT Chargeback Systems. Recommend and implement new chargeback initiatives. Develop Customer and and Management Chargeback Reports. Manage Cost Allocation Process. Develop training and communication plans for customers to better understand CI costs. Work with other areas in IT to recommend areas that are candidates for benchmarking. Manage and coordinate data collection. Develop detailed management level analysis of benchmark results. Develop cost savings intiatives. Develop new metrics to be included in Scorecard.
