Research and shapes potential solution opportunities through collaborative discussions with product, consulting, technical and sales leaders. Develops a deep understanding of existing client product or solution engagements and how the proposed solution relates. - Serve as the senior relationship executive for a client account. As such, this role provides strategic direction to other functional groups including Sales, Delivery, Product Management and Product Development to ensure alignment with the strategic business plan and delivery of high quality value-added results.
