We are seeking a highly motivated individual with demonstrated success in application of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements to both corporate accounting policies and emerging business transactions. This position will interface with many levels of the organization, including Senior Management, and includes interfaces with the businesses on accounting issues, acquisition and divestiture transactions and new business structures.
