We have been entering into agreements with certain alliance partners to develop and commercialize the Company's technology and products. These alliance agreements are complex, with significant revenues anticipated from license, milestone, and royalty payments. As a result, the Company has created a new Contract Services department which will need to be developed and managed by the new Associate Director. The Contract Services group will have overall responsibility for the accounting and financial management of the corporate alliance contracts.
