Experience in a common law jurisdiction with solid commercial and / or finance law skills. Strong drafting, negotiating and / or advocacy skills. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Restructuring and insolvency related work experience is an advantage, but not essential. Applicants with a non-contentious and / or contentious background will be considered.
