The firms M&A group is looking for an investment banker at the Associate or Vice President level with significant experience on M&A deals. One-quarter of the groups deals are in the cross-border arena, with a strong presence in Europe and Latin America. The Associate/VP M&A will be heavily involved in the execution of deals, with the potential of transitioning to the origination side of the business going forward.
