The Senior Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Managers who in turn supervise other team members. The Senior Manager carries out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Firm's policies and applicable laws. Participating in the hiring and terminating of team members; planning staffing levels, implementing new Firm initiatives; preparing and conducting performance appraisals for Managers and staff; supervising, coaching and developing Managers and staff; addressing complaints and resolving employee problems.
