Directs the underwriting function for new White Space Business Unit and is accountable for the execution of the Way for Underwriting within that unit. Accountable for ensuring the education regarding and compliance with all underwriting levels of authority, policies, practices, tool usage, etc. Creates alignment of Business Unit (BU) and Enterprise underwriting initiatives by leading the BU Underwriting Council and LOB network members. Contributes to the achievement of North America Commercial (NAC) loss ratio plan as member of the Underwriting Council.
