Under the direction of the CEO, the CFO functions as a key member of the executive leadership team and direct and control the activities of Finance and Accounting. The CFO will provide vision, direction and management for all phases of the Company's accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury responsibilities, budgeting, and forecasting.
