Ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall business banking real estate portfolio for the market and will work hand in hand with the market senior management team within the commercial, small business and retail banking teams to ensure success. This includes coaching and developing the RMs around real estate lending; pipeline management, profitability; acquisition and cross-sell of new relationships; augmentation of existing relationships.
