Leads people and projects effectively. The incumbent must provide leadership through all phases of process improvement projects. They must possess a team oriented, customer centric leadership style, as well as a passion for learning and innovation. The incumbent must be able to build and align project teams focused on the end goal of serving our internal and external customers. They also must be able to lead effective team meetings.
