10+ years accounting experience, preferably in real estate and/or finance industry. At least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Bachelor's degree in accounting. Experience and ability to apply GAAP/SEC guidance. Strong teamwork skills - must be willing to dive into details and work side-by-side with staff on various projects and have the ability to communicate with all staff levels. Proficient verbal/written communication skills. Strong analytical, financial reporting and organizational skills.
