BS degree in Accounting, MBA and/or CPA preferred and experience exhibiting full financial responsibility for a mid- to large-size organization with a proven background in strategic planning, budgeting and accounting, preferably coming from a healthcare / homecare / eldercare / hospital environment. A background in reimbursement (Medicare / Medicaid) is preferred. A history of job stability is necessary. The successful candidate will possess a willingness to roll up their sleeves and perform accounting work when necessary.
