Provide financial leadership to the OPCO, to successfully achieve financial goals.Partner with OPCO President to drive division goals and objectives.Develop Annual Budget and Strategic Plans in conjunction with OPCO leadership team, including financial validation and quantification of OPCO initiatives.Lead and develop the global OPCO finance department, including general accounting, cost accounting, payroll, receivables, and payables and create a pipeline of talent for both the OPCO and for net export to other OPCO's.
