The CFO has operational control of IT, Human Resources, Facilities, and Accounting. These roles impact the company's ability to make changes, retain employees, and maintain financial stability. The CFO will join the President, VP Manufacturing, and the two business unit executives in setting strategic directions and executing tactical implementation throughout the Company. The CFO will be expected to initiate a reporting system that measures progress toward strategic goals as well as provide hands-on operational assistance and advice to senior level staff.
