We would prefer to see a current banking CFO with 10 years plus experience with significant community bank financial management experience at some point in their career. This experience does not need to have been in metro Phoenix, but it does need to be as a bank CFO. Obviously you will need to be vetted by the FDIC, so please apply only if you expect no issues or delays in that required federal approval process.
