Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will be a business partner to the CEO and help him drive the company's growth. He/she will serve as a member of the company's senior management team with direct responsibility for the overall financial plans, accounting, budget, tax and audit activities. He/She will be responsible for hands on management of the day-to-day financial performance of the company's manufacturing operations. The CFO will ensure the business is viable from a cash flow perspective, drive worldwide EBITDA expansion, and keep the company compliant.
