This position will report to the President of the company, interface with all management team members and participate in the design and implementation of acquisitions and information systems. This position is directly responsible for directing activities affecting the corporation's overall profitability and for advising account officers and line managers regarding the potential risks associated with specific financial transactions. Also responsible for the division's annual budget, resource allocation and overall performance.
