The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the overall financial administration of the hospital. This includes general accounting functions, financial reporting, budget management, medical records, reimbursement/revenue cycle functions and information systems. The CFO provides overall direction and management to the accounting and financial management staffs to ensure the business and financial objectives of the hospital are achieved, consistent with the policies, procedures and ethical guidelines of the hospital and corporate offices.
