The incumbent will hold the Chief Commercial Officer position, with direct line authority and responsibility for implementing the strategy for micro and small business credit operations, credit portfolio and other related products in urban and rural areas. S/he needs to be a dynamic self-starter capable of energizing his or her staff and is expected to provide strong leadership to the credit and back office staff within the organization.
