Advise management on the maintenance and institution of policies and procedures. Research regulatory reference materials and obtains advice from regulatory agency staff, legal counsel or industry groups/professionals. Provide appropriate compliance solutions to enhance the Bank's ability to meet its goals and objectives. Develop, evaluate, recommend, and implement all policies and procedures relating to internal/external integrity of the Bank's security systems and fraud prevention/detection measures.
