Administer and oversee the compliance program for the Bank. Advise management on the maintenance and institution of policies and procedures. Research regulatory reference materials and obtains advice from regulatory agency staff, legal counsel or industry groups/professionals. Provide appropriate compliance solutions to enhance the Bank's ability to meet its goals and objectives. Develop, evaluate, recommend, and implement all policies and procedures relating to internal/external integrity of the Bank's security systems and fraud prevention/detection measures.
