Maintaining Non-Retail compliance policies and procedures and communicating policy or regulatory changes to management and relevant business units. Working with Non-Retail Registered Representatives to continually reinforce guidelines through training, mentoring and consistent follow up to ensure compliance. Working directly with Product Development to review new proposals, product programs or structural changes.
