We are looking for candidates with a postgraduate degree (Ph.D. preferred) and a successful track record -- a minimum of 15 years -- in applied economics; a strong quantitative background in economic data analysis and forecasting of the regional, national and global economic trends that influence the Company's business; expertise and first-hand experience in cost-benefit analysis and application; economic impact analysis methodologies, econometric modeling; and extensive knowledge of the New York-New Jersey metropolitan region's economy and demographics.
