The successful candidate will have a proven record of leadership and strategic guidance in the finance function of publicly traded company with at least 10 years experience as #1 or 2 corporate financial officer. Must have: Background in consumer goods, retail or apparel within a $600+million public company; experience with SEC & SOX compliance; investor relations experience; strong M&A track record; and ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-growth environment.
