The CFO/Controller will be a critical financial and operational business partner to the CEO and President, providing financial leadership in the form of best practices, as well as leading key financial initiatives. He/She will be responsible implementing sophisticated business tools, metrics and processes, and driving fact-based decision making throughout the organization. Create new processes and controls for all financial functions including cash management, A/R, A/P, G/L, financial reporting, etc. Implement/tune associated systems.
