The company is seeking someone with either very hands-on software company CFO experience or will consider a strong Controller ready to move into a top chair CFO position. (This is not a delegating oriented position or managing of managers.) Previous software company CFO (1-3 yrs) or Controller (5-10 yrs) experience is required. (This individual should be very experienced with SOP 97-2, for instance.) Previous M&A integration experience also helpful.
