The Real Estate CFO will coordinate year-end audits with the public accounting firm, administer their progress and implement relevant recommendations. The Real Estate CFO is the primary liaison and contact for the Company's law firm and other legal advisors. The Real Estate CFO reviews the preparation of the Company's tax returns and assist in the coordination of tax advisory and consulting services performed by a third party CPA firm.
