The Chief Financial Officer must have unwavering ethics and integrity. The preferred candidate will be an accomplished leader, with the confidence to successfully influence, support/challenge senior leaders and managers. Other key experience and qualifications include: A minimum of 10-15 years of progressively responsible positions in financial management/control including operating plan development, cost management, financial analysis, budgeting, sales forecasting, general accounting, banking compliance, risk management, tax planning, and administration of health and welfare plans.
