The Chief Financial Officer will have responsibility for overseeing all of the company's financial operations including Finance & Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and IT. This position is also plays a key role in representing the Company with the investment community. This position interacts with key management personnel internally and with the financial and investment communities, auditors and financial institutions externally.
